As EEO both Counselors and Investigators, we conduct thorough, impartial workplace inquiries and investigations related to discrimination, harassment, and other Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) matters.

EEO COUNSELING

EEO Counselings: We advocate for early intervention in workplace disputes, recognizing that prompt engagement significantly enhances the likelihood of resolution. When conducted effectively, the EEO counseling phase often yields successful informal outcomes. In instances where resolution is not achieved, we proceed with a comprehensive initial inquiry—gathering pertinent facts and documentation to support informed determinations regarding the acceptance or dismissal of formal complaints.

Management Inquiries (also known as Administrative or Misconduct Inquiries): We emphasize the importance of proactive intervention in addressing allegations of workplace harassment, advocating for timely internal investigations prior to the initiation of formal EEO complaints. Our approach to administrative inquiries is rooted in diligence, impartiality, and discretion—ensuring each matter is handled with the utmost professionalism and in alignment with organizational integrity and compliance standards.

EEO INVESTIGATIONS

EEO Investigations: We oversee diverse caseloads involving comprehensive inquiries into allegations of workplace discrimination pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Rehabilitation Act, as well as claims pertaining to Pregnancy Discrimination.

Responsibilities include leading independent and thorough investigations into allegations of discrimination and harassment under Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) statutes. Core duties encompass the development of detailed Investigative Plans (IPs); identification of claim scope, legal issues, and jurisdictional authority; execution of telephonic witness interviews; preparation and collection of sworn witness statements; procurement and analysis of evidentiary documentation; and the production of comprehensive, legally sound Reports of Investigation (ROIs) that synthesize findings with clarity and precision.
